MGCode is a software vendor providing enterprise-class, line-of-business applications.

We are seeking a software developer with a strong background in supporting and building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance line-of-business applications on the Microsoft technology stack.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and building software solutions using .NET 4.0 / .NET Core 2.2 / C# / ASP.NET / WCF / ADO.NET / MSSQL;
• Maintaining and building corporate web sites and e-commerce platforms using WordPress / MySQL / Bootstrap / Javascript / PHP
• Developing and integrating new functionality on our existing software products using MS SSIS and other related ETL tools;
• Participating in various phases of the software development lifecycle;
• Participating in a small, experienced team on a rapid, agile development schedule;
• Leading and mentoring of less experienced team members.

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in other related field;
• Excellent programming skills in Microsoft technology stack including .NET 4.0 and .NET Core 2.2 Frameworks using C#, ASP.NET, WCF and ADO.NET;
• Profound programming skills in WordPress, MySQL, Bootstrap, Javascript and PHP;
• Deep knowledge of relational data models, databases and related concepts;
• Deep knowledge and experience in T-SQL (MSSQL 2008/2012), Microsoft SSAS and Microsoft SSIS;
• Solid understanding of software implementation best practices, object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

Skills that will count as a plus:

• Familiarity with DevExpress development tools
• Development experience with NopCommerce framework
• Working experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS);
• Knowledge of Unit Testing;
• Microsoft certifications.
